Homeschooling has been a part of my story since I was in kindergarten. I am a second generation homeschooler. I received my BA from Texas A&M Commerce and became an elementary school educator. I taught 5th grade in the public school system and 2nd grade in a private classical school before having my first child in 2015. I always knew I would homeschool my own children. I’m now in the thick of homeschooling a 5 year old and a 7 year old with a toddler tagging along with us. My husband is a Family Nurse Practitioner and we live in Eustace. We stay busy on our hobby farm taking care of our cows, horses, goats, chickens, dogs and cats.
